when will i get my order?
most of our products are made-to-order, including all of our embroidered apparel, meaning they are produced specifically for you after you place an order. please allow at least 3-12 business days for production before your order is ready to ship.
how much do you charge for shipping?
shipping is free on all orders over $100.
standard shipping cost is 4.95.
please be aware that we cannot offer expedited shipping due to the made to order nature of our products.
do you offer refunds or returns?
as our products are made-to-order, we cannot offer refunds or returns except in exceptional circumstances. please pay extra attention to the size charts to select the best fit for your body.
