MADE TO ORDER ITEMS
Most of our products are made-to-order, including all of our embroidered apparel, meaning they are produced specifically for you after you place an order. Please allow at least 3-12 business days for production before your order is ready to ship. On average, most items are shipped within 5 business days. However, the production time may vary depending on the complexity of the item and current order volume.
READY TO SHIP ITEMS
Some items in our shop, such as stickers and keychains, may be ready-to-ship and available for immediate dispatch. These items will typically ship within 3-5 business days after your order is placed.
SHIPPING METHODS
We offer standard shipping options for orders within the USA. Standard shipping generally takes 3 to 5 business days for delivery. Please be aware that expedited shipping cannot be offered due to the made to order nature of our products.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and whereabouts of your package.
DELIVERY ISSUES
While we strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders, occasional delays or lost shipments may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather or carrier issues.
