How do I wash my products?
to maintain the vibrancy of our embroidered designs and the integrity of the fabric, we recommend washing all embroidered products by hand or in cold water, inside-out on a gentle cycle. air-dry or use a low heat setting and do not dry clean.
Shipping + Delivery
How long does shipping take?
most of our products are made-to-order, including all of our embroidered apparel, meaning they are produced specifically for you after you place an order. please allow at least 3-12 business days for production before your order is ready to ship. on average, most items are shipped within 5 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
shipping is free on all orders over $100. standard shipping cost is 4.95.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
please be aware that we cannot offer expedited shipping due to the made to order nature of our products.
What countries do you ship to?
at this time, we only ship within the USA. we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
Can I track my order?
yes, all orders are trackable. once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. please note that tracking may occasionally experience delays or discrepancies.
